Refunds: You may only receive a refund for orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your appointment may be rescheduled according to the rescheduling rules.

Reschedule: You may reschedule your appointment until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time rescheduling is not possible and you must either attend or forfeit your appointment.

Missed Appointments: Missed appointments are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
